Refund Policy
At Tacoma Language Academy, we aim to provide clear and fair refund options for our students. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for both private lessons and courses, and what you can expect if you need to cancel a service.
1. Private Lessons
If you cancel a private lesson with more than 24 hours' notice, you are eligible for a full refund of the lesson fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
2. Courses
Refunds for courses will be issued if a cancellation request is made before the start of the first class. Once the course has begun, no refunds will be provided. If the course is canceled by Tacoma Language Academy, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
3. Processing Time
Refund requests are processed as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to several business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at Tacoma Language Academy with your cancellation details. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. Payment via Stripe
